well i ran 4.3 miles last night, and it really killed me, I need to do more road and treadmill training to get stronger. Thank goodness I went with Brian and he of course didn't let me stop. My foot kept up for the most part.

We have sort of adopted a baby and mommie kittie. The mommie has been gone the last two days. However last night they were feed a cheese burger, and mommie had come back, which is good. however mommie had two babies, and the yellow one is gone. I wish i could pick them up and just love them, however they probably have so many diseases I will save all the love for Bane, Isaac, and Milton.

The kitchen is going to start happening justin is saying, he better fucking post pictures as he goes start to finish, since I can't be there to hassle him about the hole thing.

Tonight I will work my abs, legs, arms and shoulders, and maybe run on the treadmill. Tonight is a full workout, I really can't believe that it is thursday already, oh yeah.

I got pictures of Lil David and Maria, they have been added to my wall in my office, I can't wait to follow the little guys around to take oddles of pictures. Maria is so beautiful and spunky, and david is just becoming so cute and gentle.

There will be lots of picture to make up for the year i didn't get to take a lot.

It is raining here today, so on the way to work I was drenched, i did wear my offical army rain coat.

I know own an ITOUCH, the thing is just so damn fun. It has built in speakers and they are pretty loud, I will use the shit out if it.

Oh yes the hate stickers are in, and they are a hit. "excuse me-would you like some hate added to your life today?" and you give them a sticker, that is fucking right.
