well on sunday I did an ab workout, and even now sitting up is akward FEEL THE PAIN.
I did 3 sets of 25 incline sit ups, 3 sets of 10 knee/hip raises, 3 sets of 30 crunches with 20 flutter kicks inbetween each set, then 3 sets of 20 four count suprine bicycles. THen I ran for 20 minutes on the treadmill.
On monday I went out in the shit, and my foot was hurting really bad. I was also exhuasted so I decided to use monday as a rest day.
Today I went to physical therapy, and did my own exercises, and my foot is still somewhat sore. I am going to go to the gym and lift tonight, and run on the treadmill, my foot seems to hurt less when I am running on the treadmill. I plan on spending an extra half hour at the gym tonight to get in a better and more in depth arm work out.
Tomorrow is going to be a road run. Friday I am adding a mile on-for five miles.
I am also making play lists to workout to. Fun stuff.
