here we go

Well lets see on thrusday night I didn't run, I took the night off from running.

I went with Dale to the Gym, I worked on arms and shoulders, and mid back. Last night I ran with Brain and we did 4 miles, I kept a really good pace, and talked to him the hole time, So I am getting better at running.

When I was done, I was still thining who really wants to run for 40 minutes, who wants to feel all this pain. I guess I do, its something to do-it doesn't cost money, and its good for you.

Tonight I am going to lift and do some very light leg work and heavey abs, then sleep, sleep it up man.

I will need to adjust my run scedule and workout since I am going out in the shit twice, it always mess's up my legs.
