last night was a hard night at the gym, the gym kicked my rear end, to complete fatigue.

I did a lo of tricept work and a few bicep exercises which i would like to get on the ball and maybe before bed head over and do a fast shoulder and bicep work out.

It is just going to take a couple of weeks to be able to do all the exercises on my list to work all the muscles and different areas in my arms.

I got on the elptical and did 35 minutes, man it sucks-i was a sweaty gross person that couldn't walk very well after I got off, but today I feel fine and my foot isn't to bad.

tonight brian and i are going to tackle a 4 mile run, in preperation for the long run of 5 miles this weekend. GOOD SHIT.

I also do not have to go out in the shit for a long time now, WOOT!
